The room was nicly outfitted. Beds were very comfortable, hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Location was great and very close to so many things to see and do. Concierge gave great recommendations for dinner.

My partner and I visited together and booked two separate beds in the mixed dormitory. The beds were quite spacious, so we were able to sleep comfortably next to each other. We stayed in a 10-bed mixed dorm.

Loved our stay with many attractions a short walk. Subway was close by and the view from the room was wonderful.
The service and location was outstanding, the king bed room had plenty of space for our luggage and the bathroom was clean.

This hotel is undergoing renovations which are badly needed in the rooms. We got a floor that hadn’t been renovated yet. Request the 13rd floor which has been updated. Avoid room ending in 01 thru 04 as these are in alcove on each floor and all your fellow guests will be trying to get into their rooms at the same time making you wait. Hotel should update their website saying renovations are in progress. Positives are location and staff.

Great Location, Close to everything, warm and cosy rooms
The location was 5 star! We were a stones throw from Times Square, Penn station, Bryant Park, it was an amazing location. Concierge were really helpful and friendly upon arrival as were the check in staff.
We stayed 4 per room (we booked 2 rooms) and the size was perfect for us.
We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the staff member that served us was so lovely (we were a bit jet lagged and he was very patient with us).

The location was excellent, got around very well with the trains also close by. Staff and the size of room were good and clean. We ready enjoyed your stay very much and will stay there again. Breakfast was not included for us.
