This Refund Policy applies to all purchases, hotel bookings, travel-related reservations, packages, and services made through AL HADIA TOURS STORE.
Because this store offers booking-based and travel-related services, refund eligibility depends on the type of booking, the timing of the request, and any third-party supplier terms that apply.
1. General Policy
All sales are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, and the applicable cancellation terms of the specific product, booking, hotel, package, or service purchased.
Some products or services may be:
- non-refundable,
- partially refundable,
- refundable only within a limited time,
- subject to cancellation fees,
- subject to third-party penalties or processing charges.
2. Hotel Bookings and Travel Services
For hotel stays, packages, and travel-related services:
- Refunds are subject to the conditions of the specific booking.
- If a rate, package, or booking is marked non-refundable, then no refund will be issued unless required by law.
- If cancellation is permitted, the refunded amount may be reduced by supplier fees, payment processing fees, currency differences, and administrative charges.
3. Third-Party Supplier Conditions
Many services sold through the store depend on hotels, organizers, travel providers, ticketing providers, or other partners. If a third-party provider enforces penalties, denies refunds, changes terms, or does not return funds, we are only able to refund what is actually recoverable from that provider, unless otherwise required by law.
4. Customer Cancellation Requests
To request a cancellation or refund, you must contact us with:

- booking reference,

- reason for the request.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds generally will not be issued for:

- visa issues, passport issues, or travel document issues,
- personal scheduling conflicts,
- dissatisfaction caused by third-party policies outside our control,
- force majeure situations where funds are not recoverable.
6. Changes, Delays, or Cancellations by Suppliers
If a supplier, hotel, organizer, or provider changes or cancels part of a service, any available refund, rebooking, or credit will depend entirely on that supplier’s policy and the amount recoverable from them.
We do not guarantee a full refund in these situations.
7. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, and supplier response time.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 21 business days, but delays may occur outside our control.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a billing issue, contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Improper or abusive chargebacks for valid bookings or services may result in account restrictions and formal dispute responses using booking and transaction records.
9. Administrative Review
We reserve the right to review every refund request individually and request supporting documents, traveler details, supplier correspondence, or identity verification where necessary.
