Obligations of the First Party (Provider)<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Provide <strong>20% commissionable<\/strong> rates via coupons or affiliate links.<\/li>\n    <li>Keep room rates and information updated.<\/li>\n    <li>Send invoice upon reservation and payment.<\/li>\n    <li>Issue booking confirmations within <strong>24 hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n    <li>Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3 style=\"color: #5b9bd4;\">3. Obligations of the Second Party<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Guests book via the agent\u2019s link and submit full details.<\/li>\n    <li>Cancellations: See <strong>Annex 1<\/strong>.<\/li>\n    <li>Payments completed in system.<\/li>\n    <li>Monitor sales for commission tracking.<\/li>\n    <li>Maintain confidentiality of net rates.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3 style=\"color: #5b9bd4;\">4. Confidentiality<\/h3>\n  <p>The Second Party agrees to keep commercial terms and pricing confidential for <strong>2 years<\/strong> after termination.<\/p>\n\n  <h3 style=\"color: #5b9bd4;\">6.
